In the wake of environmental disturbances, both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations around the globe are striving for stabilization in order to sustain their vision and mission. This quest for stabilization poses a challenge for dimensions of Management in both public and non-public settings. Consequently, this conference is aimed at providing a premise for both emerging and seasoned scholars to brainstorm, network, and cross-fertilize ideas in revolutionizing management skills needed for economic advancement and capacity building in challenging environments.

i. Papers must not have been previously presented or scheduled for presentation at any other conference.
ii. An author can have his/her name in a maximum of three (3) papers.
iii. To attend (physically or virtually), at least one author from each accepted submission must have registered to attend the conference by 5th June, 2022.
iv. Accepted papers without at least one registered author and presentation will be withdrawn and will not be included in the conference proceedings.
v. Only registered participants will be issued with certificates of attendance.
